The TrEnCh Project

Website Design + brand strategy + social media strategy

the trench project

The TrEnCh Project provides modeling and visualization tools that translate coarse air temperature models into fine-scale biophysical models, to improve our ability to predict how plants, animals, and ecosystems will respond to climate change.

We worked with the TrEnCh Project’s PI, Dr. Lauren Buckley at the University of Washington, to develop a new brand, website, and social media campaign. Our goal was to help the TrEnCh Project explain the quantitative and visualization tools they have developed for scientists and to connect the project to a larger conversation about climate change and how organisms respond.

the brand

professional, passionate, data-driven.

The TrEnCh Project works to help people think BEYOND air temperature, when modeling ecological responses to climate change. The brand for this lab is serious, passionate, quantitative, and data-driven. The brand is inspired by concepts like thermal imagery and biophysical diagrams.
